Time doesn’t heal.

Time spent intentionally healing heals.

Integrating trauma-informed care with holistic personal transformation.

My approach to healing is rooted in the belief that movement and mental, emotional, and physical health are interconnected. Whether you’re focusing on fitness or somatic trauma healing, the synergy between these aspects is central to my work. As you strengthen one area, you naturally support the others.

Some of my programs are designed to focus on physical fitness and movement as a means of building resilience and fostering healing. Others center on somatic trauma resolution, where we process trauma through body-based practices and emotional recovery. While each program has its own specific focus, the guiding principle remains the same: working with the body enables deeper healing and well-being.

Trauma-Informed Transformation

Trauma isn’t something you simply manage—it’s something that can be healed. Deep healing is possible when you’re empowered to move from survival mode into a place of thriving. Our work together focuses on helping you regain control of your life by leaning into post-traumatic growth—the idea that after surviving and processing difficult or traumatic experiences, you can emerge with new strengths, insights, and perspectives. While trauma is undoubtedly painful, healing can open the door to new possibilities and a richer, more meaningful life.

Empowering Resilience and Self-Trust

Rebuilding self-trust is a central theme in both my fitness and trauma healing programs. Trauma disrupts our connection with our bodies and emotions, and whether we focus on somatic techniques or physical strength, the goal is the same: reclaiming a sense of safety and wholeness. My fitness programs support this through mindful movement, while my trauma programs focus on emotional and somatic healing. Both approaches aim to help clients fully embrace and engage with life again.

Integrative Approach to Healing

Whether you're addressing trauma or building physical strength, I integrate somatic techniques and physical wellness into all my coaching. My somatic trauma healing programs focus on working with the nervous system to release stored tension and emotional pain. Meanwhile, my fitness programs emphasize that movement itself is a powerful tool for mental and emotional recovery. Healing, whether through fitness or trauma work, is a holistic journey that connects the body and mind.

Personalized, Compassionate Coaching

My approach is highly individualized, meeting clients where they are and guiding them through a gentle, personalized process at their own pace. I prioritize cultivating a safe and trusting coach-client relationship, which is essential for trauma healing. Through deep listening and creating a non-judgmental space, I support clients in learning how to practice self-compassion as part of their healing journey, always ensuring that their unique needs drive the process. In my fitness programs, I support clients in building strength and confidence in a way that feels empowering and safe, supporting mental and emotional well-being alongside physical fitness.

“I am so grateful for having had the chance to work with Milana. It's provided me the chance to finally understand why I was living the way I was, to connect with myself on a deeper level, and heal the wounds I had pushed so deep down in an attempt to ignore. I was able to find compassion for myself and find a way to start living my life instead of just surviving.”
