Getting to know me
I am a dedicated mental health and trauma resolution coach with 8 years of experience in both mental and physical health, rooted in my background as a personal trainer. With a strong foundation in clinical psychology and extensive continuing education in fitness and somatic trauma coaching, I bring a holistic perspective to my work.
I specialize in trauma healing through EMDR, somatic healing, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and life coaching. This unique combination allows me to deeply understand the complexities of mental health while addressing how physical health influences emotional well-being.
My integrative approach blends evidence-based cognitive-behavioral techniques with somatic healing practices and movement, empowering clients to cultivate greater self-awareness, self-acceptance, and overall well-being. I believe that true healing occurs when we connect with both the mind and body, and I strive to create a compassionate, empathetic space where clients can safely explore their inner world.
